At Mrs Ethelston’s, ICT is taught throughout the year in a variety of ways. We have the support of Mr Harris, who leads each class in ICT for a term, meaning the children are exposed to a variety of different programmes and skills.
We follow the Kapow scheme of work, which teaches the children how computers and web systems work, how to be safe online, how to use word processing and many other skills that are vital to everyday life in the modern world. This knowledge of ICT is used through the curriculum, with the children using our Chromebooks to support their learning in a multitude of ways.
